As this blog is about my reinvention and one of the biggest (yes, pun intended!) things I want to change is my weight and fitness, I need to make it public! I’m not ready to share pictures but have been documenting for the grand finale! The original goal was to lose 30 pounds and gain 10 in muscle over a 5 month period. Well, now that I’ve wasted away about 7 months with only a 10 pound loss….time to get serious. Sooo…..new goals: 20 pounds to lose and still 10 to gain in muscle in 100 days. I can do this. I know I can. I have to now that you’ve all read it here. I hate to go back on my word. Ok. I’ll do this!
