I do love my food! I want to eat what I want when I want it….without consequences! Sound unrealistic? I spent the first 30 years of my life doing just that! I couldn’t gain weight no matter how hard I tried! Of course having Crohn’s disease ( a digestive disease) and several bowel resections also contributed to size. Along with that I took lots of steroids that kept my hunger abated so even though I could eat what I wanted and not gain weight, I didn’t really want that much. Though I miss my 100 lb body, I don’t want to be sick like I was then to be that thin. Another problem I have is that I can’t eat too much roughage. It wreaks havoc on my stomach and we all know that’s the best diet food. And….I love it! So I have to figure out ways to trick my body into accepting it….
